Translate magazines
November 17, 2009 in Communication
Consider magazines like Fortune, Forbes or Wired (which are my favorites). They all deploy enormous financial resources in order to make their content. Their journalists investigate their subjects conducting interviews, doing in-depth researches and relying on their connections to get insider tips.
Finally, if they invest so much money and effort to write good quality articles, it because of the audience they will reach with it, and the money they will get by selling their issues and thanks to advertising.
Now consider this: The content is there, the source is reliable, all the hard work has been done. By simply translating the articles, which is an easy task, you can reach so much more people, sell them the issues and earn money by advertising.
They already do it with books, why not magazines?

People who read it already speak english. But I must recognize that the idea is good. To explore… Anyways, it will never bring you a lot of money, because you’ll work for one magazine as a translater, and not like a revendor of a translated magazine in another country.
