Portable restaurant concept

I was thinking if you manage to design a restaurant concept which is portable ( everything ranging from kitchen to Logo) you would be able to move around and surprise you customers.
Rent place for 6 months then move around but it has to be a proper restaurant not a fast food otherwise it wouldn’t have the same effect.

Why not, but before arriving somewhere you should be sure that people in that place are aware of your concept. You need to promote it in advance, create that Buzz you where talking about.
