Rosetta Stone like language learning App on Iphone.
Rosetta stone is cannot currently be adapted to the Iphone because it requires Flash. I think such a program on a portable decvice would be very useful and easily adaptable. Imagine you could learn a new language everywhere! When your waiting for the bus or while your on the plane etc… What do you think?

Mouse with two optical sensors
Implementing a second optical sensor into a mouse would provide it with the ability to detect rotation, for a small cost. That would allow plenty of new functions, like rotating a dragged object, or a picture! Also in a game, it would allow crazy new controls.
